4. Returns and Exchanges Policy

Return Period

We accept returns within 15 days from the delivery date. Items must be unused and in original packaging with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

• Drysuit Undergarments – hygiene reasons
• Boots & Socks – hygiene reasons
• Opened or used diving equipment – safety requirements

Return Process

To initiate a return:

2. Wait for authorization and Return Authorization Number
3. Package items securely in original packaging
4. Ship using a tracked service (we provide prepaid labels for defective items)

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Original shipping costs are non-refundable except for defective items.
